As the Founder of The Wealth Company, the Wealth & Asset management arm of the Pantomath Group, Madhu Lunawat is leading the charge in redefining asset management and financial distribution. With a sharp financial acumen that embodies "Womoneya"—the perfect blend of women and money—she is building a powerhouse that connects capital with opportunity.
 
Madhu is also the Co-Founder of Pantomath Group, a business spanning Investment Banking, M&A, Asset & Wealth Management, Institutional Equity, and Distribution. Her vision has helped shape the financial landscape, driving SME growth, structuring landmark institutional deals, and executing record-breaking fundraises.
 
Her journey includes pivotal roles at Infosys, ASREC, and Edelweiss, where she served as CFO of Edelweiss ARC before taking the entrepreneurial leap. Today, her leadership at The Wealth Company is setting new benchmarks—proving that finance isn’t just about numbers, but about vision, bold moves, and breaking barriers.

Mr. Hemant Bhargava

Mr. Hemant Bhargava (Independent Director) with 39 years of experience in finance and insurance, served as Chairman In-Charge and MD of LIC and Non-Executive Chairman of IDBI Bank. Currently an independent director on multiple boards, he holds a postgrad in Economics and brings 24 years of board-level expertise across India and abroad.

Mr. Atul Joshi

Mr. Atul Joshi (Independent Director), a seasoned economic policy expert and banker with over 30 years of experience, was formerly MD & CEO of Fitch Ratings India and Sri Lanka. A Chartered Accountant and law graduate, he has held key roles at ICICI and ING Vysya and actively contributes to industry bodies like IMC, CII, and FICCI.

Mr. Prasanna Pathak

A powerhouse in the asset management industry, bringing over 22 years of expertise across mutual funds, portfolio management, alternative investments, insurance, and private equity. An MBA (Finance) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, he has spearheaded investment strategies at leading financial institutions, including HLL, Franklin Templeton, UTI Mutual Fund, Taurus MF, and IndiaFirst Life Insurance. Rising from a Research Analyst to CEO, his journey is marked by visionary leadership, strategic acumen, and an ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

His mastery in optimizing high-value investment portfolios, driving sustainable growth, and making decisive, high-impact financial moves cements his reputation as a formidable force in asset management. His ability to assess market dynamics, implement forward- thinking strategies, and lead teams to peak performance makes him an invaluable asset to any organization seeking to dominate the financial sector.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh Kumar brings over two decades of senior leadership experience across globally respected organizations such as Shell, Walmart, Jio, Exide, and Reliance Petroleum. His career spans sectors including real estate, energy, telecom, and retail, reflecting his ability to drive impact in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Widely regarded as a leading authority in real estate, Rakesh has successfully facilitated more than 50,000 transactions. His mastery lies in end-to-end project delivery, regulatory navigation, and cross-functional execution, making him a go-to expert for high-stakes, large-scale real estate initiatives. Rakesh is known for delivering holistic, scalable solutions that enhance client outcomes and business performance. His blend of strategic foresight and operational discipline has consistently translated into superior growth, efficiency, and profitability across ventures.

An alumnus of Delhi University, IBS, and Columbia University, Rakesh combines strong academic grounding with real-world insight. His education has sharpened his perspective on global real estate dynamics, general management, and corporate strategy. With his “mile wide and mile deep” understanding of India’s real estate and business landscape, Rakesh Kumar is a cornerstone in identifying and unlocking high-value opportunities for the fund.

Mr. Tejas Mehta

Tejas brings over 19 years of rich investment experience across multiple sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, services and new-age industries and across all sizes of companies. Known for his bottom-up investment approach he focuses on identifying businesses with long growth runway, capital efficiency, market leadership and strong promoters/management. He actively engages with industry experts, senior management, and on-ground market sources to refine his investment theses

Previously, Tejas led equity research at Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as VP & Head of Research with prior senior roles at Old Bridge Capital, HSBC Securities, and Batlivala & Karani Securities. An MBA in Finance from N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research, he also holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai

Mr. Nishad Khanolkar

Nishad Khanolkar is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional with 21+ years of experience in asset management, private equity, and investment banking. He currently manages three SEBI-registered Category II AIFs with a total corpus of over ₹5,000 Cr, including the India Inflection Opportunity Fund and Bharat Value Fund Series II & III.

Previously, he served as CEO of Hong Kong-based S P Growth Partners and held global directorships across Australia and Hong Kong. He is among the few in the industry to have raised ₹3,000 Cr in a single year.

Mr. Bhavya Bagrecha

Bhavya Bagrecha brings over two decades of leadership across real estate, investments, and strategic financial planning. He has managed over ₹2,500 crore in investments and was instrumental in setting up India's first REIT-like structure under SEBI VCF guidelines.

A co-founder of Aritraa Group, Bhavya has a proven track record in leading high-stakes investment strategies, joint ventures, fund structuring, and regulatory navigation—across sectors like real estate, logistics, and infrastructure. His career includes senior roles at landmark institutions like Tata Steel, Milestone Capital, and Landmark Capital Advisors.

Bhavya’s strength lies in evaluating and scaling real estate opportunities with a sharp focus on value creation, risk mitigation, and tax efficiency. With a deep understanding of both onshore and offshore fund mechanisms, he ensures every investment is strategically structured and performance-driven.

Mr. Peter Sharp

Peter Sharp is a seasoned global executive with over 30 years of leadership across real estate, retail, and sustainable infrastructure. He has held senior roles at Taubman REIT, Walmart International, and Coles Myer, and played a key role in expanding Walmart Asia to over 900 retail and logistics locations.

He has worked extensively across Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, with strong India experience through the Bharti-Walmart JV, Flipkart, and his own firm Aritraa.

Currently serving as International CEO of Haylion Technologies, Peter leads global growth in EV charging, fleet electrification, and green mobility solutions. As Advisory Board Member at Bharat Bhoomi Fund, Peter contributes global expertise in retail real estate, capital deployment, and sustainability strategy, reinforcing BBF’s international investment appeal

SARO Saravanan, is a distinguished and highly respected professional who has made significant contributions across a vast array of industries.

SARO holds influential advisory roles across India and the APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa) region, working with businesses in sectors as diverse as food, QSR, retail, agribusiness, hospitality, ecommerce, FMCG, IT, wellness, lifestyle, energy, manufacturing, and more

SARO has worked with Chairman’s Office in Reliance Retail & was instrumental in establishing McDonald’s footprint in Southern India. SARO holds MBA form XLRI, Jamshedpur, Master of Agriculture Economics & Bachelor of Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agriculture University.
